Stayed here over Easter and had a great time! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful, always making sure we were enjoying our stay. The communal kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals, and the free breakfast was a nice touch. The common areas were clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed playing pool and watching movies with other guests.
The dorm room we stayed in was a little cramped, but it did have air conditioning which was a huge relief in the hot weather. The dorm bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, but it was functional.

I had a fantastic stay at Beachside 1770 Yha! The staff were great when I accidentally left my towel in my bedding. They personally delivered it to me within a day, even coordinating with another guest. I also appreciated the option to use a door code for my room instead of a key deposit. The breakfast was great, with delicious brown and multigrain bread options. The common areas were well-designed and comfortable, perfect for planning my itinerary and meeting fellow travelers. I highly recommend this hotel for a nice stay.

The location of the hostel is fantastic, with private access to the beach which was only 200m away, which was great. it was only a short walk to Agnes Water shops, restaurants, and pub. the hostel also had a nice vibe and offered a variety of services such as organized tours, bike rentals, and surf lessons.
The hostel lacked proper storage facilities with only 4 lockers for 6 beds in the female dorm, which could be inconvenient.

We had a great time at this hostel. It had a nice vibe, not too much of a party place but still social. The location was perfect, right next to a beautiful beach access. There was plenty of space both inside and outside, and they even had a TV with Netflix. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they organized awesome tours like kangaroo feeding. We also enjoyed the free breakfast and the option to rent bikes and surfboards. We enjoyed our stay so much that we ended up extending it for a few more days.
No issues at all. 😊
